摘　　要：目的探讨胃腺癌组织中凝血酶敏感蛋白1(TSP1)的表达与细胞胀亡的关系及意义。方法利用免疫组织化学方法检测57例胃腺癌组织中TSP1的表达,利用透射电镜技术观察其中肿瘤细胞的胀亡情况,分析两者的相关性。结果TSP1的阳性表达率与肿瘤的淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.01)。TSP1表达阳性的肿瘤细胞较多发生胀亡,胃腺癌组织中TSP1的表达与胀亡细胞的发生呈正相关(r=0.679,P<0.01)。胀亡指数(OI)与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论TSP1表达和细胞胀亡与胃腺癌生物学行为密切相关。Objective：To investigate the interrelationship between the expression of thrombospondin-1 （TSP-1） and oncosis in gastric adenocarcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods：By using transmission electron microscope and immunohistochemical technique,oncosis and TSP-1 expression in 57 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma were determined,and the interrelationship between them was studied. Results ： The positive rate of TSP-1 was closely correlated with lymph node metastasis （P〈0. 01）. TSP-1 positive adenocarcinoma cells had much oncosis. The expression of TSP-1 was positively correlated with oncosis（r=0. 679 ,P〈0.01））. Oncosis index（OI）was closely related i：o tumor histologic grade, lymph node metastasis（P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：The expression of TSP-1 and oncosis has a significant correlation to the biological behavior in gastric adenocarcinoma.
