保护胶体对三聚氰胺甲醛树脂微胶囊成囊性影响的研究(英文)

摘  要:以苯乙烯马来酸酐的共聚物树脂作为保护胶体,研究了其对原位聚合法形成蜜胺甲醛树脂微胶囊的乳化和成囊的作用机理。结果表明:保护胶体的用量和pH值对微胶囊制备的成囊性和ζ电位有至关重要的作用,它直接影响微胶囊制备的成败以及胶囊粒子的平均粒度和粒径分布;乳化搅拌速率和时间影响微胶囊的粒径和分布;乳化形成了双电层结构;保护胶体的作用主要是乳化稳定和电荷效应,它能有效的使壁材在芯材液滴表面沉积和进行缩聚反应并抑止其在水相中的副反应。With styrene maleic anhydride copolymer (SMA) as the protective colloid, the mechanism of the emulsification and micro-encapsulation in the in situ polymerization of melamine formaldehyde resin microcapsules was studied. The results indicated that the pH value and the dosage of the protective colloid had important effects on zeta value and encapsulation in the process of in-situ polymerization. Emulsification time and stirring rate influenced the capsule preparation, mean particle size and particle size distribution of microcapsules. The process of the emulsification was the formation of electric double layer. The primary action of the protective colloid is the stable emulsification and electron charge effect, which can efficiently make the wall material to deposit and polymerize on the surface of droplet, and to prevent the side reaction in the water phase.
