摘 要:采用聚丙烯酰氨凝胶电泳法,分析了百合属8种植物的可溶性蛋白质和过氧化物酶.结果显示:可溶性蛋白质谱共有48条带,其中26条带为多态性带;过氧化物酶谱共有20条带,19条带具有多态性.根据可溶性蛋白质和过氧化物酶的谱带进行了聚类分析,结果表明,生化水平与传统的形态学分类结果基本一致.The pattern of peroxidase isoenzyme and soluble protein were analysed in several lilium species and cultivars by polyacrylamide gelelectrophoresis. Among 48 bands of soluble protein, 26 were polymorphic, and 19 of 20 bands produced in peroxidase isoenzyme were polymorphic. Based on the cluster analysis of these markers, biochemical results were consistent with those of traditional taxonomic study. And they provide biochemical basis for the study of species classification and relationship in lilium.
