摘　　要：促进投资增长和经济健康发展,提高人民生活水平都有赖于一国消费需求的扩大。当前由于经济发展中结构性矛盾比较突出,体制、政策和物价等方面问题较多,消费需求的扩大受到一定的制约。因此,只有加快经济结构战略性调整,完善体制改革,充分发挥政府宏观调控的职能,才能促进我国消费需求的扩大。The expansion of consumption demands lies in promoting the investment increase and healthy economic development and improving people＇s life quality in our country. At present, the expansion of consumption demands is restricted to certain extends due to the obvious constructing conflicts and various problems in system, policy and price. Therefore, the expansion of consumption demands in our country can only be promoted through increasing the strategic adjustment of economic construction, consummating the systematic reformation and fully exerting the governmental macro function.
