CE方案治疗肺癌38例疗效观察

摘　　要：对卡铂和足叶乙甙（ＣＥ方案）联合用药治疗３８例肺癌患者的疗效进行观察，结果表明：该方案对２６例小细胞肺癌和１１例非小细胞肺癌的有效率分别为８０．８％和４１．７％，且毒副作用小，患者一般可耐受。提示ＣＥ方案可作为对小细胞肺癌化疗的最佳方案之一，而对非小细胞肺癌的疗效尚需进一步探讨。cases of lung cancer were treated with carboplatin and etoposide.The results showed that the therapeutic effective rates were 80.8% and 41.7%in 26 cases of small cell lung cancer patients(SCLC) and 12 cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients (NSCLC) respectively. The side effects were little and the patients could stand them. So this may be one of the best methods in treating SCLC,while the effects about NSCLC should be further studied.
