摘　　要：在探讨生物经济特点的基础上，分析了法治环境建设对发展生物经济的重要性与必要性，提出了营造良好法治环境的对策建议。On the basis of probing the characteristics of the biological economy, this article analyzes the significance and necessity of relevant surroundings governed by law to the construction of biological economy, and raises countermeasures and suggestions on building good surroundings governed by law for the development of the biological economy.
