摘　　要：技术创新在企业中的地位和作用日益突出,技术创新激励制度是企业快速、持续发展的制度保证。该文分析了技术成果入股制度安排的必要性、程序及其相关问题。The function of technique innovation in Hi-tech enterprises is more and more important. Technique innovation encouragement system is the guarantee of the rapid and continuous development of Hi-tech enterprises. This paper analyzes the necessity, procedure and other related problems of technique share arrangement.
