图书馆环境测试系统的文字识别操作研究

摘　　要：针对测试系统操作只需少量文字服务的实际情况,提出一种在线文字识别用于测试系统操作的方法.该方法借鉴笔段链码特征,建立以笔画一笔段数目作为检索参数的字典库;按领衔文字列显命今供用户点击选用,依据转换表形成实际操作命令。应用结果表明, 该方法操作简单、可靠,保密性好,拓展了手写汉字在线识别的应用范围。The paper describes a method of handwritten Chinese character recognition on-line which can be used in the measurement and control system which only need a few Chinese characters, This method build a dictionary library that take the strokes and stroke segment as the index parameters by making use of the stroke segment and chain code character; Users can choose and click the command which will be listed by heading the list Chinese characters, and form the actual operation commands according to the convert-table. The results of its application show the operation reliability and the good confidentiality of this method, and it can enlarge the application fields of the handwritten Chinese character recognition on-line.
