摘  要:目的:观测磷酸锌水门汀及树脂粘接剂(Super-Bond C&B)作为离体上中切牙核桩修复粘接剂在静态载荷下牙体抗力的大小。方法:将16个常规核桩修复的离体上中切牙随机分成2组,每组8个,分别采用磷酸锌水门汀、Super-Bond C&B粘固,用电子万能实验机对离体牙进行抗力测试,观测其折裂强度及折裂部位,并进行统计学分析。结果:采用磷酸锌粘固组的牙体折裂强度为591±106 N,Super-Bond C&B粘固组的牙体折裂强度为914±145 N,两组差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。主要的折裂方式为根颈1/3斜折。结论:树脂类粘接剂Super-BondC&B较磷酸锌水门汀能显著提高桩核冠修复后牙体的折裂强度。Objective:An in vitro study was conducted to measure the fracture resistance of upper incisors restored with post-and-core systems . The posts were cemented by two different cements: Super-bond C&B and zinc phosphate cement. Method: 16 upper central incisors were divided into two equal groups at random. Super-bond C&B was used for one group and zinc phosphate cement for the other . These teeth were prepared for cast post-and-core and complete crown restoration after routine root canal therapy and then tested by a universal testing machine until those fractures occurred by applying loads at an angle of 45 degrees. Data were analyzed statistically and modes of failure were also compared. Result: The fracture resistance of the roots in which the posts were cemented with Super-bond C&B was 914 ± 145 N and the one of those where zinc phosphate cement was used was 591 ± 106 N. Two groups showed statistical significance (P 〈 0.01 ). Most of the teeth demonstrated cervical root fracture. Conclusion:Super-bond C&B results in significantly higher fracture resistance than zinc phosphate, which suggests that the choice of cement is important to the maximum fracture resistance in endodontically treated teeth.
