摘　　要：当今时代是一个充满变革的时代。企业缺乏应变力，其自身调整变化的速度跟不上市场变化的速度是影响制造业 生存与发展的世界性、共性问题。为从根本上提高制造业的敏捷性，就应尤其注重产品的开发设计工作。本文以成功运用于组 织开展质量管理、健全质量管理体系的过程方法为指导，构架了基于过程方法的制造业产品开发的过程方法模型，为有效的实施 这一模式，实现快捷、经济的产品开发，文中进一步论述了该模式的主要环节并对其相关的技术进行了说明，以此来规范企业的 产品开发设计过程，提高企业及其产品的应变力，以适应动态多变的市场需求，实现制造业自身调整变化的速度跟上市场变化的 速度。Changel NO change! It＇s a common problem of affecting the manufacturing industry existence that the enterprise is too stiff to keep up with the market. To increase the manufacturing celerity, enterprise should pay attention to the design work especially. So the studies on how to use modern managing skills such as process method in manufacturing to create celerity in developing production are needed. In order to make criterion the process of developing production, and to improve the celerity of enterprise and his product, the author set up process method models based on manufacturing developing production, and discusses it＇s importance and correlative technology.
