摘 要:采用扫描电镜计算机图像系统采集山羊绒和细支绵羊毛纤维的实时图像,经过灰度变换、滤波等图像预处理后,将图像转换成二值图。分析山羊绒和细支绵羊毛纤维表面的形态特征,测量相关的鳞片参数,经对测试数据的统计分析,认为综合山羊绒和细支绵羊毛纤维鳞片标准周长和标准面积这样两个特征参数,运用这些参数的计算结果可有效地区分上述两种纤维。This paper discusses a method to extract the feature parameters of the fiber image (including cashmere and fine wool). The fiber image was acquired by a scan electronic microscope image acquisition system. And the binary image was obtained after gray transforming, filtering and so on. After analyzing statistics obtained from surface structure analysis of the fibers and related scale parameter surveyed, feature parameters were extracted. These feature parameters include standard girth of scale and standard area of scale. Experiment shows that it is very effective in distinquishing cashmere from fine wool based on these feature parameters.
