老年上消化道出血发生呼吸道医院感染的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨老年上消化道出血患者呼吸道医院感染的特点及防范。方法回顾性调查163例年龄≥70岁上消化道出血患者住院病历及院感记录。结果呼吸道感染38例次,感染率23.31%,危险因素与年龄、住院时间、止血时间、出血形式、并发全身疾病等有关。结论老年住院病人上消化道出血发生呼吸道感染不容忽视,应加强监控、避免和减少发生。Objective To investigate the relationship between upper gastrointestinal bleeding and the respiratory tract infection in the elderly patients and the prevention of nosocomial infection. Methods The hospitalized elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were investigated retrospectively. Results 38 cases suffered from nosoeomial infection in the elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Infection rate is 23.31%. The risk factors were correlated with age,way of anemia, duration of bleeding, basal diseases. Conclusion The rate of respiratory tract nosocomial infection is high in the elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. It is especialy influenced by gastric factor and has many complicated clinical courses. Regarding the intensive care, transfusion requirements,we should enhance the monitoring and avoid the risk factors.
