摘　　要：本文以工程项目质量管理为背景,分别从工程项目质量管理的过程、影响因素、主体和管理方法四方面论述了知识管理在工程项目质量管理中的应用。介绍了工程项目质量管理知识库,并指出应用上的难点。On the basis of the engineering quality management, this article analyzes the application of knowledge management in engineering quality management from the four aspects： QM process, the influencing factors, QM participants, and the methods. And then introduces the knowledgebase of the engineering quality management, points out the difficulties of the application.
