混合散光的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨混合散光与视力减退的有关因素。方法对门诊验光患者２０７例（３５６只眼）的混合散光性质、类型进行一般统计，对混合散光者的裸眼视力和矫正视力做重点统计分析，探讨有关混合散光的诸多因素。结果绝大部分混合散光眼有明显的视力减退，平均裸眼视力为０．３（２０／６０），但这些患者均可获得较好的矫正视力，即０．６（２０／３０）。结论混合散光所致的视力减退可以获得满意的矫正效果。由于调节作用的影响，主觉验光、电脑验光、小瞳验光可产生三种错误：（１）有混合散光者未检出；（２）将混合散光误诊为单纯近视或复性近视散光；（３）将远视散光误诊为混合散光。ObjectiveThisstudywasdesignedtoanalyzethecommoncauseofasthenopia,mixedastigmatism..MethodsThetypesandcharactersofmixedastigmatismin356eyes(207patients)wereanalyzedandtheirnakedandcorrectedvisualacuitieswereinvestigated.Someproblemsofmixedastig-matismwerediscussed.ResultsMostofthepatientshadevidentvisualdefects,theaveragenakedvisu-alacuitybeing0.3(20/60).However,althepatientshadbetercorrectedvisualacuitieswithanaverageof0.6(20/30).ConclusionsDuetothepresenceofaccommodationduringtheexamination,anincorectlensmaybeprescribed.Threemistakesmightoccur:(1)Amixedastigmatismisnotdetected,andasim-plemyopiclensisprescribed;(2)Aneyewithmixedastigmatismisdiagnosedassimpleorcompoundmy-opicastigmatism;(3)Ahyperopicastigmatismisdiagnosedasmixedastigmatism.Thevisualdefectscausedbymixedastigmatismcanbesatisfactorilycorrectedbyspectacles.
