摘　　要：网络时代给图书馆的发展提出了严峻的挑战,对图书馆员提出了新的要求。着重阐述了网络时代图书馆员必须树立的5种意识,即竞争意识、开放意识、创新意识、导航意识和安全意识。The network era puts forward the severe challenges for the development of Library＇s development and the new requirements for the librarians. This paper emphatically expounds five consciousnesses including the consciousness of the competition, the consciousness of the opening, the consciousness of the innovation, the consciousness of the navigation, and the consciousness of the safety that must be established by the librarians in the network era.
