摘　　要：分析了当前高校图书馆人力资源开发与管理所存在的问题和必要性,探讨了高校图书馆人力资源开发与管理的措施。This paper analyzes on the problems existing in the current development and management of the human resources of university library, and probes into the measures for the development and management of the human resources of university library.
