摘　　要：本文分析丁23例不同病因所致肝叶萎缩的CT资料,认为肝动脉包埋在胆管癌致肝叶萎缩具有重要意义。探讨了不同病因所致肝叶萎缩的机制及鉴别诊断。CT scan of 23 cases with hepatic atrophy resulted from the different pathogenesy were reviewed. We considered that hepatic lobe atrophy resulted from hepatic artery encased in cholangiocarcinoma was of important significance. The mechanism of hepaticlobar atrophy and differential diagnosis were discussed.
