摘　　要：介绍了乙基香兰素的3种主要生产方法,重点阐述了以乙基木酚为原料合成乙基香兰素的研究新进展,即相转移催化法和电化学合成法。介绍了吉化集团精细化学品厂乙基香兰素的工业生产过程,并对其生产状况及应用进行了简单介绍。Three kinds of main synthetic technology for ethyl vanillin were introduced in this paper. The new advance on the synthesis of ethyl vanillin was well expounded, such as phase-transfer catalysis and electrochemical synthesis. The industrial process that produced ethyl vanillin in Fine Chemical Factory of JiHua Group Corporation was well discussed. Production conditions and applications of ethyl vanillin were simply introduced.
