摘 要:本文将各向异性设计引入层合阻尼薄板中 ,主要对几组阻尼层交替层合与集中阻尼芯层层合的各向异性阻尼结构的内耗和刚度的温频特性进行实验研究。为各向异性层合阻尼结构理论和轻量化高阻尼设计奠定基础。实验结果表明 :在实验温度 (0~ 70℃ )和频率 (1~ 2 0 0Hz)范围内 ,交替层合结构的内耗和刚度的温度特性均优于集中阻尼芯层结构 ;而频率对结构内耗和刚度影响不一定 ,与具体结构参数和结构总层数有关。In this paper, an anisotropic design is introduced to the laminated damped thin plates. Experimental study on the temperature and frequency characteristics of the internal friction and stiffness of several groups of anisotropic damped structures with alternately laminated damping layers or centralized damping core layers was carried out. It will lay the foundation for anisotropic laminated damped structure theory and its light and high damping design . The experimental results show that in the experimental ranges of temperature (0 - 70℃ )and frequency (1 - 200Hz), the temperature characteristics of both the structural stiffness and internal friction of ahemately laminated structures are better than those of the centralized damping core layers structures. However the influence of the frequency on both the structural stiffness and intemal friction is not certain. It is related to the concrete structural parameters and the total layer numbers.
