摘　　要：民营企业一方面要应付政策和市场的不规则变化,同时还要引导企业内部的不断革新。因此必须采取积极的对策,加强法制建设,改革企业治理结构,培育企业文化。Private enterprises should not only deal with the irregular changes of policies and markets, they should also guide constant innovations inside the enterprises. So we should take positive measures, strengthen legal construction, reform the administrative structure and nurture the enterprise culture.
