幽门螺杆菌感染与胃黏膜上皮不典型增生的关系

摘　　要：目的研究幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacterpylori,Hp)感染与胃黏膜上皮不典型增生的关系。方法检测病例胃黏膜上皮组织中Hp感染(快速尿素酶试验和Giemsa染色)及不典型增生的情况。结果473例胃黏膜上皮组织中,Hp阳性322例(68.1%),不典型增生49例(10.3%)。在Hp感染组中,不典型增生37例(11.5%),非感染组中则为12例(7.9%),二者之间差异显著(P<0.05)。另外,在HP感染组中,不典型增生的程度随着Hp感染分级的增加而增加。结论胃粘膜上皮不典型增生与幽门螺杆菌感染有关,且有随之增加而增加的趋势。Objective This study was designed to research the relationship between helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection and atypical hyperplasia of gastric mucosa. Methods Hp infection （The rapid urease test and Giemsa stain） and atypical hyperplasia in epidermis of gastric mucosa were detected. Results It was found that Hp positive and atypical hyperplasia were 322 cases （68.1%） and 49 cases （10.3%） in 473 epidermis tissues of gastric mucosa,respectively. Atypical hyperplasia 37cases （11.5%） in Hp infectious group, while 12 cases （7.9%）in Hp non-infectious one, there was a significant difference in the two groups （P〈0.05）. Besides, the atypical hyperplasia level increased along with Hp infectious level raising. Conclusion The atypical hyperplasia of gastric mucosa was associated with Hp infection and it had an increased trend along with Hp infectious level raising.
