利福平对麻风杆菌抑菌的临界浓度的实验研究

摘　　要：用鼠足垫实验将４例新发麻风病人菌液感染小鼠，采用管饲法给以３种不同剂量利福平（ＲＭＰ），测定麻风菌对ＲＭＰ的敏感性及ＲＭＰ的最小有效剂量（ＭＥＤ）和最低抑菌浓度（ＭＩＣ）。结果表明，４株麻风菌的ＭＥＤ均≤５ｍｇ／ｋｇ，其中３株为２．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ，对其中３株所感染的小鼠血清中ＲＭＰ浓度进行测定，结果显示，不同剂量的给药组小鼠血清中浓度有显著差异，ＲＭＰ对不同菌株的ＭＩＣ也有差异，分别为１．５μｇ／ｍｌ，０．８μｇ／ｍｌ，０．５μｇ／ｍｌ。Using mouse foot pad technique the mice were infected with 4 strains of M.leprae,which derived from untreated multibacillary leprosy cases.The mice were treated once a week with three different dosages of rifampin(RMP)by gavage in order to determine durg-susceptibility,minimun effective dosages (MED)and inhibitory concentrations(MIC)of RMP.The results showed that the MED of RMP to all the strains were≤5mg/kg.Three of them were 2.5mg/kg.The MIC of RMP were different due to different strains.Thay were 1.5μg/ml,0.8μg/ml and 0.5μg/ml respectively.
