摘 要:用鼠足垫实验将4例新发麻风病人菌液感染小鼠,采用管饲法给以3种不同剂量利福平(RMP),测定麻风菌对RMP的敏感性及RMP的最小有效剂量(MED)和最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明,4株麻风菌的MED均≤5mg/kg,其中3株为2.5mg/kg,对其中3株所感染的小鼠血清中RMP浓度进行测定,结果显示,不同剂量的给药组小鼠血清中浓度有显著差异,RMP对不同菌株的MIC也有差异,分别为1.5μg/ml,0.8μg/ml,0.5μg/ml。Using mouse foot pad technique the mice were infected with 4 strains of M.leprae,which derived from untreated multibacillary leprosy cases.The mice were treated once a week with three different dosages of rifampin(RMP)by gavage in order to determine durg-susceptibility,minimun effective dosages (MED)and inhibitory concentrations(MIC)of RMP.The results showed that the MED of RMP to all the strains were≤5mg/kg.Three of them were 2.5mg/kg.The MIC of RMP were different due to different strains.Thay were 1.5μg/ml,0.8μg/ml and 0.5μg/ml respectively.
