摘　　要：心理教育是作用于人的心理机能、旨在优化心理机能、促进和谐人格发展的教育活动。本文阐述了作者对心理机能的理解,提出“主体—发展性”是心理教育的核心思想,这是我们期望的富含时代教育精神的心理教育。Psychological education is the educational activities on human＇s psychological function. Its purpose is to optimize the psychological function and promote harmonious moral quality development. This article elaborates the author＇s understanding towards psychological function. It also proposes that subject-developing is the core thought of psychological education, which represents the spirit of our age.
