超声引导自动活检枪对肝占位病变的诊断价值

摘　　要：以超声引导自动活检枪穿刺活检或手术病理证实的６６例。结果显示，对肝癌的诊断敏感性为９８．１％，特异性９２．３％，准确性９７．０％。与同期３２例超声引导手动抽吸式穿刺活检比较，二者准确性间有明显差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结果显示，自动活检枪不仅准确率高，且方法简便，快速安全。是继手动抽吸式肝占位病变穿刺活检以来的又一重要进展。ln this study we examined 66 patientsby auto-biopsy gun to find out hepatic space-occupy-ing lesion,and the pathologic diagnosis has been con-firmed.For malignant the sensitivity is 98.1%,thespecificity is 92.3%and the accuracy is 97.0%. Atthe same time, we have confirmed 32 patients usingaspiratic fine needle biopsy and pathologic diagnosis,for malignant the sensitivity is 84.6%,the specificityis 66.7%,and the accuracv is 81.3%;Between thistwo methods there is a significant difference(P<0.025),the former is simple、safety、accuracy and suc-cessful(rate is 100%).we think the auto-biopsy gunis a new important and effective method for accuratehistopathologic diagnosis of hepatic space-occupyinglesion.
