摘　　要：利用50%的无水乙醇为溶剂,用紫外可见分光光度计在276nm处测定普通香型和酱香型两种类型的白酒中糠醛的含量,测定结果表明酱香型的白酒中糠醛含量比较高.This text tometer office determine 276nm, it indicates the utilizes ordinary content 50 % of the anhydrous ethanol to be the solvent, can see with purple outside spectrophofragrant type and sauce fragrant content of furfural of the type two white spirit of kind of furfural in the sauce fragrant white spirit is higher to determine the resuh.
