摘　　要：脑缺血-再灌流后细胞凋亡的发生与Caspase-3密切相关。缺血-再灌流后,自由基的产生、细胞器的损伤、促凋亡因子释放等都会使Caspase-3 mRNA表达增强诱导凋亡。The neuronal apoptosis after focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion is correlated intimately with the expression of caspase - 3 gene, the production of free rediele,the injury of cellular organs,the release of crowded apoptosis factors and so on that can enhance the expression of caspase- 3, which induce the neuronal apoptosis.
