Ⅲ～Ⅳ期上皮性卵巢癌24例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对Ⅲ～Ⅳ期上皮性卵巢癌患者行手术加单针穿刺腹腔及静脉联合化疗,并对其疗效进行评价,以期为治疗提供帮助.方法从1996年3月至1999年3月住院治疗的卵巢癌患者中筛选出晚期上皮性卵巢癌24例,均行手术治疗,术后采用PAC方案联合化疗.顺铂50～70 mg/m2,腹腔灌注;吡喃阿霉素40～60 mg/m2;环磷酰胺600～800 mg/m2,静脉注射,平均4～5周一个疗程,总共6～12疗程.结果Ⅲ期患者总有效率77.8%,Ⅳ期患者总有效率66.7%.结论彻底的手术加单针穿刺腹腔联合静脉化疗为治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ期上皮性卵巢癌的有效途径,可提高患者的生活质量及生存期.Objective To evaluate the efficacy of surgery and intraperitoneal chemotherapy by single-needled in the patients with 24 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer of stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ. Methods From March 1996 to March 1999,24 patients received chemotherapy of CAP regimen（cisplatin 50-70 mg/m^2, ip, adriamycin 40-60 mg/m^2 and cyclophosphamide 600-800 mg/m^2 ,iv）after operation,and the patients had 6 to 12 therapeutic courses.Results The total response rate of the stage Ⅲ patients was 77.8 %, that of the stage Ⅳ patients was 66.7 %. Conclusion Radical operation plus intraperitoneal cisplatin perfusion combined with intravenous chemotherapy is an effective way for the patients with advanced ovarian cancer and can improve the life quality and survival of the patients.
