摘　　要：目的了解患者在不同医疗机构的综合治疗状况以及对康复的认识,拟发现一些规律性问题,以便提出相应对策.方法调查的对象在18个区县分会中进行,由40余名经乳腺肿瘤专业知识培训的癌症俱乐部成员,采用一对一问询填表的方式进行调查.结果 (1)本次被调查人员1466例,均为女性,平均年龄45.9岁.Ⅱ～Ⅲ期占63.0%,做乳腺癌标准根治术者占79.0%.(2)患者共在全市41家医院手术,专科医院占42.1%,后者从手术质量、治疗规范上要明显优于非专科医院.(3)统计显示,乳腺癌与婚姻状况有关占8.9%,正常性生活仅占7%;不重视外形康复,99.7%患者不愿做乳房再造术;术后恢复工作时间较长,平均1年9个月.结论本调查结果总体反映了上海市防治乳腺癌整体水平较高.乳腺癌术后康复方面与国外有较大差距,有大量社会工作需要去做.Objective To investigate the combined therapy condition of patients in different medical institutions and their rehabilitation condition in order to find out some regularity for proposing the relevant countermeasures.Methods The breast cancer sufferers were selected from Cancer Rehabilitation Club. In this investigation, more than forty cancer club members from eighteen section and county branches investigated were trained with professional knowledge in reference to breast cancer. These trained members investigated their respective patients by means of one-for-one asking question to fill in the form. Results （1） 1466 females with average age of 45.9 years were selected in this investigation.63.0% of the patients had Ⅱ- Ⅲ stage cancer, and 79.0% of them were treated with standard radical surgery of breast cancex. （2）Forty-one hospitals were involved. 42.1% were special hospitals that gave better results than non-special hospitals in both operation quality and therapeutic standard. （3）The statistics displayed that 8.9% of breast cancer had something to do with marriage,7% had normal sexual life. Cosmetic appearance of breast was not reganted and 99.7% of the sufferers were not ready to try breast reconstructive operation. Postoperative recovery course was rather long and averaged 12 months. Conclusions This investigation results reflected that the whole level of prevention and treatment of breast cancer was rather high in Shanghai, importance of special treatment of breast cancer was emphasized and some beneficial discussions were also made on time of admini- stration and selection of types of Chinese medicines and health-care products. There is still quite obvious difference between the rehabilitation work at home and abroad,and a great deal of social services need to be done.
