参附注射液抗癌症恶病质的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察参附注射液对癌症恶病质状态的影响.方法给予癌症恶病质患者2周参附注射液,每天8～10支,观察治疗前后体重、症状及恶病质相关细胞因子的变化.结果疗前24例存在乏力,用药后14例(58.3%)患者有好转;疗前20例存在厌食,10例(50.0%)好转.11例TNF-α下降,14例IL-1α水平下降;11例IL-6水平下降,8例上升.结论参附注射液在一定程度上可以下调恶病质细胞因子,在一定程度上改善恶病质患者厌食、乏力等症状.Objective To study the efficacy of Shenfu Injection in the treatment of cancer cachexia. Method Two weeks dosage of Shenfu Injection were prescribed to the patients with cancer eachexia, 8-10 vials per day, and the changes of weight, symptoms and the level of cancer eachexia correlated cell factors prior treatment and pest-treatment were obscrved. Results Fourteen eases（58.3%） out of 24 with acratia and 10 eases （50.0%） out of 20 with anorexia got better after treatment;the level of TNF-α descended in 11 easese,IL-1α descended in 14 cases, and IL-6 descended in 11 eases and upgraded in 8 cases. Conclusion Shenfu Injection can down regulate the level of cancer eachexia correlated cell factors and improve the symptoms of tiredness and anorexia at a certain extent.
