摘 要:对胆固醇结石20例和正常人15名的胆囊上皮细胞分泌颗粒和溶酶体定量分析,同时测定胆囊胆汁糖蛋白含量,比较两组间的差异,分析超微结构改变与胆汁糖蛋白的关系。结果提示:结石组分泌颗粒数量、体密度和总面积均明显较对照组高(P<0.01或P<0.05),而溶酶体明显较对照组低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结石组胆汁糖蛋白量校对照组高(P<0.05).胆汁糖蛋白量与细胞分泌颗粒呈正相关,与溶酶体呈负相关。作者认为胆囊上皮分泌颗粒影响胆汁糖蛋白量的变化,而溶酶体可能与细胞内分泌颗粒或蛋白的降解有关。Quantitative studies of secretory granules and lysosomes in gallbladder epithelium and gallbladder bile glycoprotein were performed in 20 gallstone patients and 15 gallstone-free subjects. The resuIts showed that the number, the volume density and the total garanule area of secretory granules increased significantly in gallstone petients compared with gallstone-free controls(P<0.01, or 0.05). The number, volume density and total lyso some area of lysosomes decreased noticeably in gallstone patients compared with gallstone-free subjects (P<0.01 or 0.05).The glycoprotein concentration in gallbladder bile increased up to 21.O±4.9g/L in gallstone patients,as compared with 13.0±5.7g/L(P<0. 05)in the stone-free controls。 The quantity of secretory granules and lyso somes was directly proportionaI to that of bile glycoproteins。 It suggested that gallbladder epithelium secretory granules would produce an effect on the concentration of bile glycoprotein, and the decrease of lysosome may be re lated to the intracellular degration of secretory granules。
