AFu与AFP联合检测在原发性肝癌中的诊断意义

摘　　要：本文用酶联免疫吸附法测定了176例α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFu)值,其中肝癌(PHC)21例,肝硬化25例,消化性溃疡100例,正常组30例。PHC 组 AFu 值(683.67±12.55 nmol·ml^(-1)/h)明显地高于肝硬化组(420±112.6nmol·ml^(-1)/L)和正常对照组(313.63±96.75nmol·ml^(-1)/L)(P<0.01)。同时对21例PHC 测甲胎蛋白(α-Fetoprotein AFP),大于400μg/L 为阳性,AFu 以大于507.3 nmol·ml^(-1)/h 为阳性.AFu 阳性例数为21例,AFP 阳性例数为6例,两者阳性率比较差异有高度显著性。结果表明:AFu 无疑是PHC 的新的血清标志物,但并非是绝对特异性的,AFP 也是 PHC 的血清标志物,近来 AFP 阴性的 PHC有上升趋势,本文认为对于 PHC 应 AFP 与 AFu 同时检测,以提高对 PHC 的诊断。The serum levels of α-L-Fucosidase (AFu) were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 176 patients with primary hepatic cancer(PHC,n=21),haptie fibrosis(n=25) and pep- tic ulcer(n=100).The serum levels of AFu in patients with PHC were significantly higher than those in the other groups(P<0.01).The postiver rate of AFu was higher than that of AFP in patients with PHC.There was statistical difference between these two groups.The results sug- gest that AFu can be used as a new serum marker of PHC.The simutaneous determination of serum AFu and α-Fetoprotein(AFP) is helpful to the diagnosis of PHC.
