胃肠道肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞的表型与细胞毒活性

摘　　要：作者旨在分析胃肠道肿瘤ＴＩＬ的表型和细胞毒活性及其相关关系。实验发现，新鲜分离的ＴＩＬ杀伤活性较低，ＣＤ３＋、ＣＤ４＋；及ＣＤ８＋细胞比例较低；经ｒＩＬ—２刺激后，ＴＬＬ的细胞毒活性显著增强，尤其对自体瘤细胞显示特异性杀伤活性，各Ｔ细胞亚群比例明显上升。多因素相关分析表明，ＴＩＬ的细胞毒活性与其ＣＤ３＋细胞比例的相关关系具显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５），与ＣＤ８＋亚群比例的相关关系亦有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５），而与ＣＤ４＋亚群比例的相关关系无显著意义。证实，ＴＩＬ细胞毒活性与其ＣＤ３＋和ＣＤ８＋细胞的比例密切相关。This study is aimed to analyse the correlation between phenotype and cytotoxicity of TIL derived from gastrointestinal tumor,It was found that freshly isolated TIL had a low cytotoxicity and had a low proportion of CD3,CD4 and CD8 cells. The TIL stimulated with rIL-2 had a higher cytotoxicity,especially a specific property in against autologous tumor cells,and had an elevated proportion of subgroup T cells. Analysis of coefficient of multiple correlation showed that there was significance between cytotoxicity of TIL and its CD3 proportion of CD3 and CD8 cells.
