P-gp、GST-π与P53在胃癌组织中表达及相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌组织P53与多药耐药的基因产物P-gp、GST-π的表达及相关性。方法用免疫组化方法检测46例胃癌手术标本中癌细胞P-gp、GST-π与P53表达水平,并进行相关性分析。结果胃癌中P53表达阳性25/46例(54.34%);P-gp表达阳性30/46例(65.21%);GST-π34/46例(73.91%)。胃癌临床分期与P-gp、GST-π和P53表达有显著性差异(P<0.05)。P53阳性表达时,P-gp、GST-π均过表达,分别为78.26%,84.78%,有正相关性(P<0.05)。结论应用免疫组化方法检测胃癌组织中P-gp、GST-π与P53的表达,对肿瘤的化疗药物选择和预后判断具有显著的临床意义。Objective To investigate the relationship between P53 and multidrug resistance （MDR） expression in gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression level of P - glycoprotein （P - gp）, Glutathione - s - transferase - π（GST- π）and P53 in the operating samples from 46 cases with gastric carcinomas were detected with immunohistochemical method, Results P53 positive expression was found in/46（54. 34 % ） eases with gastric carcinoma, The P- gp positive expression was found in 30/46（65.21% ）, and the GST- π positive expression was found in 34/46 （73.91% ）,The expression of P- gp. GST- πand P53 were significant different with the clinical stages（ P 〈 0.05）. In P53 positive tumors. the positive overexpressions of P - gp and GST- πwere 78.26 % and 84.78 %. which shows negative correlation（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Status of the expressin level of P - gp, GST-πand P53 detected by immunohistochemistry is of actively clinical significance for the mechanisms of drug and to evaluate prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
