神经节苷脂治疗帕金森病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察神经节苷脂治疗帕金森病的疗效。方法帕金森病60例,分为GM-1组和对照组各30例。治疗组给予GM-1100mg／d静滴,2周1疗程;2组均给予左旋多巴25-50mg,每日2-3次,每隔3-7日增加6．25mg至每日300mg,分3-4次服用,共2周。治疗前与治疗后进行临床症状的Webster评分,并进行比较。结果2周后2组疗效比较差异有显著性意义(P<0．05)。GM-1组治疗后Webster评分与治疗前相比有显著性意义(P<0．05)。随访3个月仍有效。结论神经节苷脂GM-1治疗帕金森病有良好疗效,能缓解震颤,“开-关”现象改善,自主运动增加,生活质量提高。Objective To investigate the effect of ganglioside GM-1 on treating Parkinson＇s disease. Methods 60 patients with Parkinson＇s disease （PD） were divided into two groups,one is GM-1 groups including 30 patients who were given 60～100mg GM-1 every day for two weeks,the other is control group including 30 patients. 2 groups were all given L-dopa 25～50mg/time ,two～three times per day,with adding 6.25mg every three to seven days up to 300mg per day. The course of treatment was two weeks. With Webster grade to evaluate the symptoms ,the scores of Webster between before and after treatment was compared. Results There was significant difference between GM-1 group and control group （P〈0.05）. There was significant difference between the scores of Webster before and after treatment in GM-1 group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion There is significant effect of GM-1 in treating Parkinson＇s disease. It can reduce the phenomenon of “on and off”,increase voluntary movement and improve the living quality.
