Thinking on the Development in Academic Area "Pharmacology of Traditional Chinese Medicine Formulae

摘　　要：对中医方剂学科发展的历史、现状及发展趋势予以简要评述。指出方剂学多方面的进展已使传统学科模式发生重大变化，正在向以中医药学理论为基础、以计算机和实验为重要研究手段、以阐明古今复方功效、配伍的现代内涵、探索方剂运用规律以及创制高效新方、发展中药新药为主体目标的现代方剂学的方向转变。学科面临加快内涵建设、调整专业方向以及提高应用领域的研究水平等新课题。The author commented on the history, status quo and tendency of development in Pharmaclogy of Traditional Chinese Medical Formulae.It was indicated that the traditional academic mode is on going to modern formulae study mode with the achievements in many aspects of formulae which is Characterized by aiming at development of new drugs based on the theory of TCM with the help of computer & experimental method. The new formulae study is to demonstrate the mechanism of efficacy of ancient and modem formulae,to illustrate the reason of making prescription up and regular rule of applying formulae in clinic. Formulae study is facing on urgent problems to be resolved such as accelerating development in academic area, regulating specialty direction, extending the research to the region of practice and so on.
