健康人胃经五输穴体表阻抗的年龄特征

摘　　要：目的了解五输穴体表阻抗的年龄特性。方法采用自行研制的人体穴位表面电阻测仪对2281名健康人的胃经五输穴体表阻抗进行测收,测试分别于中、青、老年组和其他条件一致的情况下测得。结果发现青年、中年之间各对应体表穴位阻抗值差异不大P>0.05,老年组各体表穴位阻抗值明显高于青、中年组,有显著差异P<0.05。各体表穴位间的阻抗值的差异也较明显,其体表穴位阻抗值按足三里、解溪、陷谷、内庭、厉兑顺序规律降低。统计学分析具有明显年龄差异。结论不同年龄组健康人胃经五输穴体表阻抗值有显著性差异。Objective To investigate the age characteristic of the body surface impedance of the Five Shu Points. Method A selfdeveloped body surface point resistance measurer was used to detect the body surface impedance of the Five Shu Points of the Stomach Meridian in 2281 healthy persons. It was detected in the young, middle-aged and old groups with the other conditions being the same. Results There was no significant difference in the impedance of each corresponding body surface point between the young and middleaged groups （P 〉 O. 05）. The impedance of each body surface point was obviously higher in the old group than in the the young group and in the middle-aged group. There were significant differences （P 〈 0. 05 ）. In the old group, there was also an obvious difference in impedance between different points, and the body surface point impedance decreased regularly in order of Zusanli, Jiexi, Xiangu, Neiting and Lidui. Statistical analysis showed a significant difference between ages. Conclusion There is a significant difference in the body surface impedance of the Five Shu Points of the Stomach Meridian between healthy persons of different ages,
