摘 要:本文提出基于特征的检测路径规划及编程方法,通过建立检测路径数学模型,解决了计算机辅助检测规划的关键问题。开发的系统用于SSKU60355轴加工中心上,实现了零件的高精度在线检测,大大提高了加工精度和效率。In this article,the new method based on features is put forward to solve the key problems of inspection in machining centers. With the help of a computer programming system, the inspecting paths can be planed automatically by abstracting features and setting up feature model, which has been used efficiently in SSK-U6035 for the high precision on-line inspection and compensation for working errors. It shows that the new method could be widely applied to the inspection and compensation control of work-pieces in machining centers,which may be easily controlled and changed by the canonical user programmer.
