摘 要:目的建立一种实用的工作场所空气中乙醛的采样及测定方法.方法用浸渍2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)的硅胶管采集空气样品,用乙腈在超声中洗脱,高效液相色谱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测.结果方法简便、准确、灵敏度高.标准曲线的相关系数为0.999 5,加标回收率为97.16%~104.63%,相对标准偏差为0.08%~0.29%,平均采样效率为99.84%.结论本方法各项指标均达到<工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研制规范>的要求,能准确地测定空气中乙醛含量.Objective To establish a practical method for sampling and determining acetaldehyde in the air of workplaces. Methods Glass tubes filled with DNPH-coated silica gel were used for air sampling. The DNPH-derivatives were extracted from the silica gel by ultrasonic treatment with acetonitrile. Analysis of DNPH-derivatives was carried out using HPLC with diode array (UV/DAD) detection. Results The method was simple, accurate, and highly sensitive. The correlation coefficient of calibration curves was 0. 999 5. Recovery rates of 97.16%-104.63% were determined. The relative standard 0.08%-0.29% and average sampling efficiency 99.84% were obtained. Conclusions This method is conformed to the requirements of "Standardization of Methods for Determination of Toxic Substance in Workplace", by which acetaldehyde in air could be determined accurately.
