摘 要:近年来,随着教育与人们社会生活关系的日益密切,教育行政纠纷时有发生,并呈现上升趋势。围绕着学校所产生的各种教育行政法律关系错综复杂,涉及教育行政机关、学校、教师、学生之间的教育行政案件大量地映入我们的视野。如何通过适当的法律救济途径来解决这类纠纷是我们面临的重要问题。本文从解析教育行政法律关系出发,本着优化纠纷解决途径的目的,试对教育行政纠纷的相关救济途径做了分析。以期对保障教育行政相对人的合法权益,实现教育法治化,推动我国教育事业发展有所助益。In recent years,along withe the relationship between education and people's life becoming close, the deucation administration disputes occur sometimes and become more and more. The legal relationship of education administration related to school is very complex. The cases on education administration that involve education administration organizations, schcols , teachers and students go into our visual field in large quantity. An important problem that we face is how to improve these disputes through the appropriate path of law succor. This article starts with analyzing the legal relationship of education administration. It talks about the education administration disputes and the related path of succor concisely. I hope that this is helpful to guarantee the opposite man's legal right,cure the school by law and push education business of the whole country to develop smcothly.
