胃经食管床食管胃颈部单层吻合治疗食管癌103例

摘　　要：目的探讨胃经食管床食管胃劲部单层吻合食管癌切除术的临床应用。方法回顾性总结10年间我院胃经食管床食管胃颈部单层吻合食管癌切除术的临床资料。结果痊愈出院102例，临床治愈率99％。术后病理发现有淋巴结转移37例。其中颈、胸、腹3组淋巴结转移率分别为7．77％（8／103）、18．45％（9／103）、9．71％（10／103），并发症发生率为18．45％（19／103）。结论胃经食管床食管胃颈部单层吻合食管癌切除术的手术治疗效果良好，严重并发症少，食管癌病灶切除彻底，有效地提高手术远期效果。objective： To discuss the clinical application of the esophagectomy through esophageogastrostomy anastomesed by gambee in neck approach.Methods： 103 cases of esophageal carcinoma were analyzed retrospectivelyo Results：The success rate of this procedure was 99%. Lymph node metastases were presenting 37 caseso The rate of lymph nodes metastasis in neck,chest and abdomen wer 7.77%（8/103）, 18.45%（19/103）,9.71%（10/103）.the complication rate was 18.45%（19/103）. Conclusion： Result of this surgical treatment was satisfactory. This approach is effective in improving long term result of operation and reducing severe complications.
