摘 要:新设计的薄膜过滤计数培养器,可以对含杀菌成份的样品完成过滤冲洗后,直接向滤膜背面注入培养基进行活菌计数培养。为了检验其对活菌计数的准确性和实用性,在实验室进行了研究,并与贴膜法作比较。结果,对金黄色葡萄球菌用反注法回收率为93.1%,贴膜法回收率为93.7%。对大肠杆菌反注法回收率为94.0%,贴膜法为96.5%。对白色念珠菌反注法回收率为90.0%,贴膜法为94.0%。结果显示,反注法与贴膜法对三种细菌计数的回收率基本一致,两种方法之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。The newly designed thin - membrane filtration counting incubator can directly inject the culture medium to th back surface of filter membrane for live bacteria counting culture after filtration and washing of the sample containing germi cidal ingredient. In order to examine its accuracy in counting the live bacteria and its practicality, it was studied in laboratory and compared with sticking membrane method. Results: The recovery rate of Staphylococcus aureus by back - injectio method was 93. 1% and that by sticking membrane method was 93.7%. The recovery rate ofEscherichia coli by back - injection method was 94.0% and that by sticking membrane method was 96.5%. The recovery rate of Candida albicans b back - injection method was 90.0% and that by sticking membrane method was 94.0%. The results indicated that the re covery rates of the three bacterial counts obtained with back - injection method and sticking membrane method were essen tially identical, with no significant difference between the two methods.
