摘  要:目的探讨北京蜂胶对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法采用0.183、0.367、1.101g/kg.bw剂量的北京蜂胶给小鼠经口灌胃30d,分别测定免疫器官脏器/体重比值,进行迟发型变态反应(DTH)(足跖增厚法)、ConA诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞转化实验(MTT法)、抗体生成细胞检测(Jerne改良玻片法)、半数溶血值(HC50)测定和小鼠碳廓清实验、NK细胞活性的测定(同位素3H-TdR测定法)。结果与阴性对照组比较,0.367、1.101g/kg.bw剂量能明显提高小鼠的迟发型变态反应的能力,1.101g/kg.bw剂量能明显提高小鼠抗体生成细胞数、半数溶血值,明显增强小鼠单核—巨噬细胞碳廓清能力,明显提高小鼠NK细胞活性。三个剂量对小鼠体重增长、胸腺体重比值、脾脏体重比值、ConA诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞转化能力均无明显影响。结论北京蜂胶具有增强免疫力作用。Objective To study the effects of Beijing propolis on the immune functionin in normal mice. Methods Mice were orally administered Beijing propolis at doses of 0. 183 g/kg. bw, 0. 367 g/kg. bw, 1. 101g/kg. bw for 30 days. Spleen/body and thymus/body weight ratio, delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH), lymphocyte transformation capacity induced by ConA, antibody forming spleen cells (AFPC), 50% hemolytic concentration (HC50) and carbon clearance ability, NK cell activity were determined. Results As compared with the control group, Beijing propolis at doses of 0. 367g/kg. bw and 1. 101 g/kg-bw could markedly enhance the DTH, and 1+ 101 g/kg·bw dose could significantly increase AFPC and HC50, and also the carbon clearance capacity of mononuclear - macrophages and NK cell activity. Beijing propolis produced no signifi- cant effect on the weight increment, spleen/body weight, thymus/body weight ratio, and lymphocyte transformation capacity induced by ConA in mice. Conclusion In our test condition, Beijing propolis could enhance the immune function in mice.
