农村贫困地区医疗救助制度与乡镇卫生院合理用药

摘　　要：目的探索农村贫困地区医疗救助制度的实施对乡镇卫生院用药行为的影响,发现存在的问题,提出改进建议。方法收集四川、陕西2省4个乡镇卫生院救助对象和非救助对象的住院处方,使用WHO推荐的合理用药调研指标进行用药评价。结果除单张处方药品种数、单张处方注射次数和注射处方百分比3个指标外,救助组药物利用普遍比非救助组高,但救助组和非救助组均存在一定程度的不合理用药行为。结论特困医疗救助制度的实施,促进了我国农村贫困地区特困对象的药品利用,应继续加强推行农村医疗救助制度,并采取多种适宜措施促进农村医疗机构合理用药。To identify the problems and suggestions of promoting rational use of drugs by researching the influence of Medical Financial Assistant （MFA） to the behavior of drug use in rural areas, Method Using Selected Drug Use Indicators （SDUI） recommended by WHO to analyze the prescriptions of 4 township hospitals in Sichuan and Shaanxi Province. Result All indicators except mean number of drugs per prescription, mean time of injection per prescription and percentage of drugs prescribed administrated by injection in MFA group are higher than those in non-MFA group, and both them exist the behavior of irrational use of medicine. Conclusion MFA system promotes the utilization of drug use in rural areas, and many kinds of strategies on promoting of Rational Use of Medicines should be adopted.
