鼻咽泡状核细胞癌和未分化癌的组织学和免疫组织化学观察

摘　　要：１６例鼻咽泡状核细胞癌和１９例未分化癌的组织学和免疫组织化学的观察结果显示，虽然泡状核细胞癌在组织形态学上不同于未分化癌，但二者在不同分子量细胞角蛋白的表达上没有明显差异。作者认为，从组织发生学来看，泡状核细胞癌实质上是未分化癌的一种表现形式，应将其归入鼻咽未分化癌之列。Observations on histology and immunohistochemistry of 16 vesicular nucleuscell carcinomas and 19 undiferentoated carcinomas in nasopharynx showed that although the histological picture of vesicular nucleus cell carcinoma differed from theone of undifferentiated carcinoms,but there were no significant differences in expressions of different molecular weight cytokeratins between the former and the latter.We believed that vesicular nucleus cell carcinoma was a form of undifferentiatdcarcinoma in the histogenesis, it should be incorporated into undifferentiated type ofnasopharyngeal carcinoma.
