摘　　要：针对传统经验型员工考评方法存在的缺陷,运用现代企业人力资源管理理论,对员工测评要素进行了分析,设计了新的员工绩效定量测评方法,为员工选拔、考评工作提供了方法支持。In view of the shortcomings of the traditional empirical method for testing and assessing the staff, the essential factors of staff are analyzed according to the modern theory of enterprise human resources management. New quantitative testing and assessing method for staff achievements is designed, which provides method support for selecting, testing and assessing the staff.
