摘　　要：新时期的汉字规范要顺应汉字的性质、规律和信息时代的发展,方向上应该坚持在简明化基础上的规范化,策略上可以把社会用字的通用层面和特用层面区别开来分层规范,规范的重点则需放在现代汉语通用字种的分级定量和简繁对应上。The standardization of Chinese characters in new times should comply with the nature and rule of Chinese characters,and with the development of information age.We should hold firm to such a direction that the standardization must be based on conciseness.As a strategy,generally and specifically used characters may be treated differently;so may the standardization in question.And the focus should be on the hierarchical quantitation and the correspondence between the Chinese Simplified and Traditional characters.
