摘　　要：在明代特定的政治环境和江南特定的经济条件下,吴中文人形成了特殊的人生态度和文化性格。他们不再是奋不顾身投入政治生活,而是关注自己的生活状态和生活质量;萦绕心际的不再是抽象的家国天下,而是自己的具体生活;最能牵动情怀的不是功名富贵,而是日常生命的流逝;不是所谓抽象的人生价值,而是自己世俗的生活情趣和享受。促使中国社会由古代走向近代的内在驱动力,正来自于这里。Under specific political environment of the Ming Dynasty and specific economic condition of South of the Yangtze River, Wu Zhong＇ s scholars formed special life attitude and culture personality. They no longer put into political life totally, but pay close attention to themselves life condition and life quality. The one that can affect their feelings mostly is not the fame and fortune, but daily life passes. Not so - called abstract life value, but interest and enjoyment of their life . Inherent driving force that make Chinese society from ancient towards modem, comes from this attitude .
