摘　　要：“以师立校”是万里办学的一大重要理念,文章从教师的基本素质与品质、整体教师队伍构建、师资队伍培育与管理等方面进行了阐述,以期通过具体实践对这一重要理念进行深入的、新的阐释,不断丰富和完善这一重要理念。“Depending upon a Good Teaching Staff” is an important concept initiated by Wanli Education Group. In light of it, the paper discusses the fundamental qualities of teachers, recruitment and training of the teaching staff, the project of nurturing and management of teachers in the hope that this important concept can be enriched and perfected in the process of teacher education and recruitment.
