运用锥度坐标纸重识根管预备器械锥度

摘　　要：长期以来根管预备器械都是以ISO标准的.02锥度为常规规格。近年来,随着根管治疗技术和概念的不断发展,根管预备器械也有了很多改进。大锥度、渐进变换锥度的根管预备器械正在不断地推出。如何掌握这些器械从而更好地运用于根管预备,器械的锥度是口腔临床医生需要掌握的基本知识。本研究的目的就是设计出一种简便易懂的锥度坐标纸,帮助临床医师掌握并牢记各种根管器械的锥度及其切割位点。40名根管治疗医师被随机分为2组,利用2 h学习ProTaper根管锉的锥度及应用,B组使用锥度坐标纸进行描记学习,而A组不使用。经考核计算通过率并进行统计学分析,结果表明:B组医师的考核通过率高于A组医师,统计学有高度显著意义(P<0.01)。这一结果证明:锥度坐标纸可以有效地帮助临床医师熟识根管预备器械的锥度。With increase in root canal preparation instruments, there are more and more great taper files and varying taper files taking the place of ISO. 02 files. How to keep abreast of such kinds of instrument？ The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of the taper coordinate. Forty endodontitis were classified into two groups to study the taper of ProTaper at random. The results showed statistically significant differences between group B with use the taper coordinate and group A（ P 〈0.01 ）. It suggests that the taper coordinate can help us to master the root canal preparation technique more quickly and precisely.
