摘  要:目的探讨巴曲酶对短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者血浆特异性神经元烯醇化酶(NSE)及内皮素(ET)的影响及意义。方法选择120例发病<24 h的颈内动脉系统TIA患者,以发作持续时间和次数分为轻症组、重症组,每组各分为常规治疗组和巴曲酶治疗组,均于发病当天即给予治疗,并于发病24 h,第3 d、7 d、14 d测血浆NSE、ET水平,同时比较其疗效。结果TIA发生后24 h即出现NSE、ET水平升高,第3 d升高更明显,至第7 d起呈下降趋势,至第14 d进一步下降。轻症组NSE、ET水平低于重症组(P<0.05)。治疗后,巴曲酶治疗组NSE、ET水平较常规治疗组明显降低(均P<0.05),巴曲酶治疗组总有效率(79.0%)高于常规治疗组(25.0%),轻症组(巴曲酶组90.0%,常规组33.3%)总有效率高于重症组(巴曲酶组66.7%,常规组16.7%)(均P<0.05)。结论巴曲酶可降低颈内动脉系统TIA患者血浆NSE、ET水平,并能反映病情及预后。Objective To investigate the effect and significance of batroxobin on the levels of neuron-specific enolase (NSE) and endothelin (ET) in plasm of patients with transient ischemic attacks (TIAs). Methods 120 cases of carutid territory TIAs ( 〈 24 h from onset) were divided into mild group and severe group according to the frequency and duration of attack. Each group was divided into two subgroups those were given routine treatment or routine treatment united by batroxobin, respectively. The levels of NSE and ET were measured on 24 h, 3 d, 7 d and 14 d from the onset and the curative effect was evaluated. Results The levels of NSE and ET increased after 24 h onset of TIAs, raised significantly on 3 d, decreased after 7d, more significantly after 14 d. They were lower in mild group than in severe group, and also lower in batroxobin treatment group than in routine treatment group ( all P 〈 0. 05). The curative rate of the group treated with batroxobin ( 79. 0% ) was higher than the group treated routinely only (25.0%) and the curative rate of the miht group ( batroxobin group 90. 0% , routine group 33.3% ) was higher than that of the severe group ( batroxobin group 66. 7% , routine group 16.7% ) ( all P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Batroxobin may decrease the plasma levels of NSE and ET in plasma of the patients with carotid territory TIAs and is effective in treating TIAs.
